Am I serious? Of course, I am! You might not want to read this if…

  1. You know without a doubt that you are going to die with absolutely no regrets.

  2. You are living the perfect life, exactly the way you want to be.

  3. There is nothing you would change about anything you are currently doing.

You get the picture? If you can honestly say you are living the perfect life in every single way, then don’t waste your time reading any further. I’m guessing you are probably going to read on because your life isn’t quite as perfect as you would like it to be. I know for sure mine isn’t.

Although I love traveling around the country, going where I want, when I want (providing places are open-thank you Covid-19), it isn’t the perfect life. Sometimes I get very frustrated with the lack of internet and cell service. That wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t trying to run a business, but I am, so it is. I have learned to be creative and find places that have free Wi-Fi that I can use. It’s a bit harder now with the Covid closures and limitations, but so far I’ve made it work. I’ve also learned to relax and not stress. Life is too short and there usually isn’t any issue that can’t wait a day or two.

It can also be challenging to find restaurants that provide healthy, gluten-free options, especially right now with limited service and limited menus. Grocery shopping can be an adventure because I have food allergies and have to be very careful about what I buy and eat.  Again, I find ways to make things work for me. I’ve learned how to adapt recipes and be satisfied with simple, healthy meals.
